This beautiful monumental construction stemming from the 14 hundreds, was rebuilt into a big farm complex in 1910. Walls from beautiful ancient stones gifted to protect and honor. We are restoring and rebuilding with natural materials like cob, chalk, straw, wool.
All available right here in front of our eyes. We have started with the base restoration. So much more work needs to be done. While we restore we learn about working with natural materials. We pass this knowledge to all generations, to not forget where we came from.
